2005 Cabernet Franc Like our Merlot, this wine is made from grapes produced in our own vineyard. The 2005 Cab Franc is a soft, light wine, blended with our Merlot for added color and tannin. It was aged in the barrel for 15 months and should be enjoyed over the next two years. It pairs well with many foods and may be served lightly chilled. 2006 Chardonnay Our goal with Chardonnay is to produce a crisp, refreshing white wine. We do that by maintaining the grape’s natural acidity during fermentation. This results in a hint of green apple crispness. The flavors and aroma are citrus fruits, melon and apple. Try it with steamed crabs or fish with white sauce.
